摘要
通过问卷调查,对东北离退休老年人是否参加体育锻炼及体育锻炼的方式、体育锻炼的时间长短和频数高低、参与体育的动机和不同年龄段参与体育锻炼的老年人心理情绪进行分析,试图找出体育锻炼对老年人心理焦虑、抑郁的影响,为老年人保持一个较为健康的心理情绪提供一个可借鉴的参考。
Through questionnaire investigations, We have analyzed these things, such as whether Taking part in exercises after retiring from their work, the way of exercises, how long and how often to do exercises, the motives of taking part in exercises, the old women' s emotions in Exercises, in order to clear out old women's anxiety and depression by physical exercises. We offer old women to keep a better and healthily mental emotion as reference.
