体育教师存在着不同程度的心理障碍,这些心理障碍有时会影响到体育教学的效果。本文对此作了初步探讨,尤其是对心理障碍的疏导提出了一些建议,以此来提高体育教学质量。

There exist varieties of psychological obstructions among sports teachers, which affect badly on teaching quality and the paper is aimed at analysis of the cause and some solutions are put forward to so as to improve sports teaching.
