试论知识经济条件下的终身教育

On Life-time Education in Knowledge-oriented Economy

终身教育的提出虽然时代久远 ,但在知识经济迅猛发展的今天 ,知识老化周期缩短 ,新的专业领域不断出现 ,人口老龄化问题等都对终身教育提出了新的要求。要求从顺应知识经济发展潮流的角度 ,去重视终身教育。本文以知识经济为背景 ,分析了终身教育的必要性、可能性 ,并以终身教育的原则为指导 。

The phrase'life time education'is not a new concept.Especially,in this knowledge oriented economy,knowledge changes rapidly and the age span of knowledge becomes shorter,besides that,there are lots of new things for us to learn.All these put forward new requirements to life time education.In this article,the author analyses the necessity and possibility of life time education,sets up some principles of life time education,and then provides some ideas on the methods of how to carry out the life time education.
