The enterprises' law making,as one of the fruits of our country's economic reform,has already changed from the tranditional models to those modern ones in the company system,which has happened since the reformation and the opening up to the outside world while the economic system is still experiencing the two opposite structures.Nevertheless,all sorts of shortcomings unavoidably exist here and there in the models of the modern company system.As a result,the establishment of the unified law of enterprise must be carried out as early as possible.
