建国以后 ,党的第一代领导集体对执政党的民主监督理论进行了初步探索 ,着重从工作作风、工作方法上强调监督 ;党的第二代领导集体深刻吸取了建国以后党在民主监督建设方面的经验教训 ,强调制度监督的决定性作用 ;党的第三代领导集体提出的依法治国方略 ,为党和国家的权力监督由“人治型”向“法治型”的过渡提供了坚实的理论基础 ,具有十分重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。

After the founding of the People's Republic of China,the leading collectivity in the first era of the Chinese Communist Party primarily probed into the theory on democratic supervising of the Party in the saddle,emphasizing the working style and methods.The leading collectivity in the secondary era of the Chinese Communist Party absorbed deeply the experiences and lessons in the democratic supervision construction of the Party after People's Republic of China was founded,stressing the decisive role of the system supervision.The stratagem managing state affairs by law brought forward by the leading collectivity in the third era of the Chinese Communist Party have offered substantial theoretic base for the supervision power transition of the Chinese Communist Party and our country from'man system model'to 'legal system model'.This has important significance and far reaching historical significance.The ideas about the Chinese Communist Party's supervision remains to be perfected further.
