情感智力在成人素质教育中的作用

On the Function of Emotional Intelligence in Adult Quality Education

当前我国成人高等教育主要是“专长教育”。它对学员的情感智力相对没有给予应有的重视,所以整体上制约了成人受教育者素质的全面发展。探索内省情感智力、人际情感智力、生态情感智力在成人素质教育中的作用和意义,建议把情感智力培养纳入成人素质教育体系,这有利于提高受教育者的整体素质。

Nowadays, adult education in our country mainly pays attention to ' special education' . The learners emotional intelligence (EI) which has an important function for their success or failure of careers and well-being of life hasn't been given enough attention comparatively. So it will limit the development of learners in an all-round way. This paper emphatically approaches the function of introspective EI, interpersonal EI, ecological EI in adult quality education and puts forward the suggestion that acquiring emotional intelligence should be put into the system of adult quality education. It will enhance the whole quality of the adult learners.
