改革开放20年来高校毕业生就业问题研究述评

The Review of the Research on the Graduates of Universities and Colleges Obtaini ng Employment in the Past Two Decades

改革开放20多年来我国高校毕业生就业问题的研究大致经历了四个发展阶段,有关研究文献中主要有两方面:一方面主要研究不同层次、不同专业及女大学生的就业问题,另一方面主要研究毕业生就业制度、就业指导与就业心理及造成高校毕业生就业难的问题。目前,我国高校毕业生就业问题的研究尚处于初级阶段,希望教育研究者予以关注。

Reserch into employment questions of our tertiary institution graduate almost experienced four developing stages for more than 20 years of ref orming and opening to the outside world. It mainly has two literatures of resear ch. On the one hand,it mainly researches on different levels,majors and female college students'graduatin question,on the other hand,it deals with graduate employment systerm,direction,psychology and the cause why the tertiary instit ution graduate is difficult to find jobs. At present,the research is still on t he first step. I hope educators and researchers show some concerns on it.
