经过100多年的风雨历程,中国师范教育已经形成了一个包括职前培养和职后培训相结合的综合性教育体系。面对来自高新技术的挑战、基础教育改革的挑战和高等教育发展的挑战,国际师范教育的发展趋势是高学历和专业化,中国师范教育也应从体制、培养目标、培养模式、教育内容和方法等方面加以变革。

After 100-years' development,teacher education of China has formed a system which including teacher's training and continue eduealion.At present teacher education of China is facing the challenges from high-tech,the reform of elementary education and the development of higher education. With the trends of high-diploma and specialization of the teacher education in the world, teacher education of China should reform in its svsiem,aims, models,contents,methods etc.
