浅谈税费改革对农村义务教育的冲击

On the Impact of Tax Reform on the Rural Compulsory Education

农村税费改革的目的是要减轻农民过重的经济负担 ,然而与此同时 ,农村教育、特别是九年制义务教育却要受到较大幅度的冲击 ,遇到一系列难以解决的问题 ,本文拟就农村税费改革对义务教育影响的有关问题作以简要探讨 。

The aim of the rural tax reform is to reduce the heavy economical burde n of the peasants. But at the same time, education, especially the compulsory ed ucation in the countryside will be influenced a lot. It will encounter a series of difficult problems.Because of this, the article mainly discusses some problems which will have a st rong impact on the rural compulsory education after the tax reform and gives som e corresponding solutions to the problems.
