对我校试行年级主任制的思考

A Preliminary Study on the Trial System of Grade Teachers in Our College

高校的扩招、合并 ,为现有的学生管理机制提出了严峻的挑战。长期以来 ,学生工作队伍极不稳定 ,降低了学生管理的质量。为适应高校管理 ,学生工作必须走专业化的道路。本文拟从年级主任这一角度 。

The enlarged enrollment and amalgamati on in China's higher education has brought forth serious challenges to the prese nt administrative mechanism. The personnel for student administrative work has r emained unstable and scarce, which greatly hinders the development of student ad ministration and degrades efficiency of the work. In order to upgrade administra tion in universities, it is appropriate and necessary to adopt the access of pro fessional personnel. This article intends to demonstrate advantages and problems in practice in this administrative work.
