This paper explores the ways to help the freshmen to adapt to the en vironment of a college .It is also the improment point for the freshmen. The author compared the conditions of colleges with those of high schools in orde r to find the freshmen's characteristics in their thoughts.By doing so, the f reshmen will shorten their adapting periods in colleges.
