摘要
洋务思想在十九世纪六、七十年代兴起并形成为一种思想潮流 ,它的历史进步意义在于 :中国人继续睁眼看世界 ,努力认识世界 ,开始走向世界。
The ideology of Westernization began and become an ideological tide in the 60s and 70s of the 19th century. Its historical significance firstly lies in that the Chinese went on to open their eyes to look at the world,tried their best to know the world and began to go out into the world.
