摘要
供应链管理是现代管理学前沿的热点问题。我国处于实施供应链管理的初步阶段,存在许多问题,形响了供应链的建立和运行效率。本文主要分析供应链管理在我国存在的问题,进而提出解决对策。
Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a hot issue of modern management science. In our country, SCM is only in its introduction phase. There are many problems, which have af-fected the creation and operation efficiency. This article mainly analyze problems in our country' s SCM, then put forward countermeasures to re-solve these problems.
