依法行政 切实强化监督

对行政事业性收费和罚没收入实行“收支两条线”管理 ,是党中央、国务院作出的一项重要决策。它是廉政建设标本兼治、综合治理的重要途径。从讲政治的高度来认识中央的决策和部署 ,是做好各项工作的重要前提和基础。落实“收支两条线”规定 ,有利于加强廉政勤政建设 ,是公正执法、依法行政的重要保证 ,要确实加大监督检查的力度 ,严肃查处违法违纪案件 ,决不姑息迁就。监督检查工作要与廉政建设有机结合 ,坚持标本兼治的原则 ,建设一支政治过硬、作风优良、业务熟练的财政干部队伍 ,为经济建设服务。
