摘要
目的 探讨复杂性肾结石术后及肾盂离断成形术后应用肾(盂)输尿管导管引流的效果。方法 1996年4月～2001年7月在105例施行开放性肾结石手术和肾盂离断成形手术的患者中,采用肾(盂)输尿管导管作支架进行引流。结果 无一例发生尿漏、狭窄、梗阻、严重尿路感染等并发症,引流效果良好。结论 肾(盂)输尿管导管既有外引流作用,又有内支架、内引流作用,适合在复杂性肾结石的各种手术中和肾盂离断成形手术中应用,方法简单,并发症少,拔管方便。
Objective To study the efficacy of renal pelvis catheter in the operation for complicated nephrolithiasis and dismembered pycloplasty. Methods From April 1996 to July 2001 renal pelvis ureter catheter had been used in 105 patients having complicated nephrolithiasis and dismembered pyeloplasty. Results None of the patients had urine leakage, ureter stricture and obstruction and serious urinary infection observed. The result of catheter drainage was satisfactory. Conclusion Renal pelvis and ureter catheter have the effect both at external drainage and the internal stent and drainage. It can be used in various operations for treating the complicated nephrolithiasis and dismembered pyeloplasty.
