摘要
本文从我院落实军队继续医学教育学分制管理的实践出发,阐述了组织健全、制度完备、操作严谨和实事求是的四个要素,提出了要把握继续医学教育学分制管理的内涵,突破传统观念,使之成为方便学习的手段,并继续做好政策配套。
The article synthesizes the practice of hospital's credit managemant of CME. The four essential elements include perfect orgnization, completed rules, careful operation and practical and realistic style of work. It suggests that we should master the essence of the CME, break through the conventional ideas and wort out complete related policies.
