高压氧治疗脑梗塞颈动脉系外周阻力变化的研究

摘要 目的 探讨高压氧(HBO)对脑梗塞患者脑血管外周阻力的影响。方法 将101例经CT确诊的脑梗塞患者随机分为HBO治疗组和常规治疗组,于治疗前后行无创性脑血管功能监测,观察其颈动脉系统外周阻力的变化。结果 HBO治疗组外周阻力的改善明显优于常现治疗组;总有效率亦明显高于常规治疗组、结论 HBO有降低血液粘滞度的作用,从而改善外周血管的阻力;并能增加脑循环的氧灌注,促进建立侧枝循环。定期监测颈动脉系外周阻力,了解脑血管外周阻力情况,及时子以高压氧及药物治疗,对预防脑梗塞有一定意义。 Objectives To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on peripheral resistance of cerebral vessels in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and one patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into HBO group and routine group as control. The functions of cerebral vessels before and after the treatment were evaluated , and the changes of peripheral resistance of carotid artery were observed. Results The improvement of peripheral resistance and the total effective rate in HBO group were better than that in routine group. Conclusions HBO can decrease the hematological viscosity and improve the pe ripheral vascular resistance; and so as to increase the oxygen content in cerebral circulation and promote the collateral circulation establishment. Periodical determination of carotid artery resistance can direct the application of HBO and drug treatment for preventing the cerebral infarction to some extent.
