针对当前县级剧团的发展状况,本文从政府与剧团、剧团与市场、剧团与演职员的关系分析各自的权利与义务,并指出县级剧团的合理布局。

In view of existing situation of country troupes, this article analyses their own rights and duties, and indicates the rational distribution of county troupes from the ralations——the government and the troupes, the troupes and the market, the troupes and the actors.
