肉鸡肺动脉高压肝脏和心脏线粒体氧自由基变化研究 被引量:5

STUDIES ON CHANGE OF MDA CONTENT AND SOD ACTIVITY OF MITOCHONDRION IN LIVER AND HEART IN BROILERS UNDER COLD TEMPERATURE

摘要 400只艾维茵肉鸡按常规方法育雏在21日龄时随机分为两组,A组200只在24℃下饲养,B组200只在低温12℃下饲养。在28、35、42、49日龄测定腹水心脏指数和红细胞压积,分离鉴定腹水肉鸡心、肝线粒体,测定其所含的MnSOD活性以及线粒体膜结构的MDA含量变化经。结果表明:(1)低温处理后一周和二周,在肝脏和心脏线粒体中,SOD含量升高或显著升高(p<0.05)。MDA含量降低或显著降低(p<0.05)。(2)低温处理三周后,SOD的含量降低或显著降低。MDA的含量升高或显著升高(p<0.05)。本实验结果显示肝脏和心脏的线粒体SOD和MDA的变化与肉鸡腹水综合征的发生发展关系密切,氧自由基在亚细胞水平上参与了疾病的病理过程。 In our previous study, the results demonstrated that MDA content increased(p <0. 05) or markedly increased(p <0. 01) while SOD activity decreased(p <0. 05)or obviously decreased (p <0. 01)in ascites syndrome broilers, compared with the control broilers, In present study, 400broilerchickens were raised in normal circumstance until day21, then the chickens were randomly divided into two groups(A, B) . A goup (200 boiler chickens) reared at 24℃while the B goup maitened the temperature at 12℃. At 28, 35, 42, 49days of age, RV/TV, Hemocrit were measured and the mitochondria of liver and heart were separated, accredited, the activity of MnSOD and the content of MDA in mitochondrial memberane were measured. The result demonstrates: (1 )the activity of SOD increase or obviously increase in both liver and heart the content of MDA decrease or markedly decrease in both liver and heart after th broilers were treated at cold temperature within two weeks(3) From the third week after treatment, the activity of SOD decrease or markedly decrease in both liver and heart while the content of MDA increase or obviously increase in both liver and heart. The combined results indicated that: liver and heart mitocfhondria dysfunction present in broilers subjeccted to cold temperature were associated with the oxidative stress, the oxygen free radicals level was relevent to subcellular states of broilers ascites sydrome.
