备课是教学过程中不可缺少的一个环节。在实施体育课教学过程中,一方面要反复研究教材,吃透教材的内容,找出重点、难点,另一方面又要恰如其分地组织和安排课程的密度及运动量,调查掌握学生的基本情况,做好上课的准备工作。

Preparing lessons is an indispensable part for an teaching procedure. When we try to put P. E teaching into effect, on one hand, we should study the teaching materials carefully find out the most difficult and important points; On the other hand, we should also organize and arrange the lessons' density and the frequency of the students' movements investigate and know basic the conditions of the students. Then we can prepare Lessons very well.
