DNA标记在动物杂种优势研究中的应用

摘要 传统的杂种优势预测方法和杂种优势理论的落后限制了杂种优势的进一步利用。分子标记的出现,为杂种优势的预测和理论发展开辟了新天地。本文论述了分子标记的种类、影响分子标记预测杂种优势的因素以及在动物杂种优势上的应用。 The disadvantage of traditional heterosis prediction and heterosis theories which have not been well developed limit further application in heterosis. However, DNA molecular markers provide a new method for predicting and studying the theories on heterlsis. The types of DNA molecular markers, and the effecting elements in heterosis prediction with DNA molecular markers, and their application in animal heterosis prediction and mechanisms are discussed in the paper.
