The diagnosis of Avian influenza

本实验对某鸡场鸡群中出现的一种以呼吸道症状和产蛋下降为主要特征的疫情进行了临床症状和流行病学调查,对病死鸡进行了解剖检查并从病鸡病料中分离到一种病毒,通过血凝(HA)和血凝抑制(HI)试验、病毒中和试验(VNT)和琼脂免疫扩散试验(AGP)等方法对该病毒进行了签字。结果表明该次疫情为A型流感病毒感染。

In this test, the epidemiology and the pathologicoanatomic change of an infectious disease with symptom of respiratory system and egg - decrease was investigated. A strain of virus was isolated from the sick avian and it was analyzed by HA HI and AGP test. The disease was finally idenified as an infection of influenza Virus type A.
