象许多发展中国家那样,我国的经济有明显的二元经济结构的特征,实现农村现代化,改变二元经济结构是我国经济实现社会主义现代化的必由之路。这需要从两个方面入手,即改革农村的经济制度和实现工业化。本文从我国农村经济制度(联产承包责任制)入手,提出实施农村城镇化战略的意义,尽而分析我国农村城镇化滞后问题,最后探讨我国农村城镇化战略的具体思路。

Just like many developing countries , China' economics has obvious characteristics of dualism . In order to modernize our countryside, we must change our economic structure system by both reforming the economic system in the conutryside and industrialiing the countryside.
