由于城市人口急剧膨胀,旧城改建,住宅需要量越来越多,住宅设计的前瞻性是保证住宅建设可持续发展的关键,住宅功能可变性,主要集中在厅的面积和功能上变化。
More and more residence are needed for the reasons of the hard increasing population and old cities rebuilding. The prospective design is key to ensure residence construction' s sustainable development. The changeability of residence function mainly focuses on the area and function s variety of parlor.
