摘要
本文对员工股份所有制的人性理论基础进行了探讨,从理论上证明了员工股份所有制与“利益人”的人性理论及U理论广泛的内在联系。从“利益人”的人性理论及U理论阐述了员工股份所有制具有先进性、高效性,能使企业适应21世纪科学技术不断发展,知识经济程度越来越高的发展大趋势,是我国的企业,尤其是中、小型科技企业在21世纪应重点考虑的产权制度安排。
The article probes into the base of humanity of staff-share-holding system&proves exten-sive internal relation between staff-share-holding system&humanity of benefitors&U theory.It re-veals the advancement and efficiency of staff-share-holding ownership from humanity of benefitors&U theory.It would make enterprises to conform to the development of science&technology in the21st century&the trend of knowledge economy.For Chinese enterprises,the middle-sized or small-sized scientific&technical enterprises should particularly stress on the property arragement in the21st century
