摘要
江泽民同志提出了“以德治国”的思想 ,并把它提高到治国方略的高度加以强调。对以德治国和依法治国进行比较分析 ,探讨两种治理方略的融合基础以及实践操作中我们需要做的几项工作。
Jiang Zeming puts forward the thought of 'govern by morality'and take it as a govern guide principle to emphasize.The essay comparatively analyzes the 'govern by law'and 'govern by morality',inquire into the fuse base of the two govern guide principle and the word we must do in the practical operation.
