摘要
随着我国科教兴国战略的大力实施 ,各高校都把创造一切可以创造的条件以培养、吸引和用好人才作为一项重大的战略任务来抓 ,如何大力开发人才资源 ,加快实施后勤管理社会化 ,扩大招生规模 ,合理调整学科比例等成为高校改革的重点 ,却忽视了对人事档案的管理工作 ,大多数地方普通高校的人事档案还没有应用先进的管理手段、管理方法 ,还停留在原来的管理模式。基于此种原因 ,就如何加强高校的人事档案管理工作以及实现高校人事档案工作现代化管理进行探讨。
With the effective implementation of the strategy of developing the country by relying on science and education,all colleges and universities have done what they can to cultivate,attract and make the best use of the talents,which they have considered a strategic task.And they highlight,in process of reform,the development of human capacity,the acceleration of the rear service socialization,the enlargement of the student enrollment,and the rational adjustment of the discipline proportion,but neglect the management of the personal files.Most of local colleges and universities havent applied to the management of the personal which are still what they used to be the advanced management ways and methods.Thus,the article deals with how to strengthen and achieve the modernization of the management of the personal files in colleges and universities.
