摘要
高等教育是全局性、先导性的基础产业。教育产业性的多重特征决定 ,从总体上说高等教育不能产业化 ,其运行机制必然是一种复合机制。
Higher education is a kind of comprehensive,leading and fundamental industry.The diversified characters of its industrialization make it impossible to be enterprised in general sense and it has to be a kind of comprehensive system.We must take a proper regard to the function and position of higher education in procession of both the planning and marketing systems.
