经济全球化与环境犯罪在形成和发展上具有同步性。它们之间的这种内在联系表明 ,在我国加入WTO深入融入经济全球化的过程中 ,环境犯罪必然会有进一步的发展。因为在经济全球化中 ,各国地位不平等 ,极易造成环境犯罪输出 ,促进环境犯罪恶化 ;经济全球化能进一步强化利益驱动 ,促进环境犯罪发展 ;国民素质低下 ,极易产生违背客观规律的盲目行为 ,导致环境犯罪蔓延。针对这种情况 ,必须采取多方面的有效对策 ,才能遏制住环境犯罪发展的势头。

The economic globalization is synchronic with environment crimes in formation and development. The intrinsic connection between them shows that during the process of our country's entry into WTO and further integration into the economic globalization, there must be further developments in environment crimes. For the reason that in the economic globalization , there exists the difference in status among different countries , it is extremely liable to produce the output of environment crimes , and the further deterioration of environment crimes; the economic globalization can further strengthen benefit motivation, and promote the development of environment crimes; the low quality of national people is extremely liable to produce blind behaviors against objective regularities, and the spread of environment crimes. According to this situation, effective countermeasures of various aspects must be taken to curb the development drive of environment crimes.
