侦查工作法治化是“依法治国” ,建设社会主义法治国家的必然要求和基本内容 ,侦查工作法治化包括侦查程序、侦查措施、侦查体制、取证规则、语言文字等方面的法治化。

The legalization of criminal investigation is the necessary requirement and the basic content of governing our country by law, and of building the socialist country under the rule of law. The legalization of investigation comprises such aspects as investigative procedures, measures, systems ,evidence-gathering rules, spoken and written language , among others.
