试论公安思想政治工作全面“提速”

An Attempting Probe into the Overall Acceleration of the Ideological and Political Work in Public Security

要适应加入WTO的新形势 ,公安工作必须“提速” ,但其前提是公安思想政治工作必须“提速”。这就要注重思想观念上有新突破 ,运行机制上有新构建 ,破解时代课题上有新探索 ,工作主体上有新优化。

To adapt to the new situation after China's entry into WTO, the work of public security must be accelerated, but the premise is that the ideological and political work in public security must be accelerated first. Therefore, importance should be attached to the new breakthrough in ideology, the new construction in operative mechanism, the new exploration in decoding age topics ,and the new optimization in work subjects.
