在新时期 ,加强作风建设 ,密切警民关系 ,必须做到 :强化服务意识 ,健全为民服务机制 ;严格执法 ,热情服务 ;搞好警务公开 ,规范执法程序 ;锻造一支人民满意的高素质公安队伍。
In the new era , in order to strengthen the style construction and forge stronger ties between the people and police, the following requirements must be held : strengthen service consciousness ,and perfect the mechanism of serving the people ;enforce laws strictly , and serve the people enthusiastically ; make police affairs more transparent ; standardize law -enforcing procedures; forge a highly qualified police contingent in accordance with the people's wishes.
