The cross-border administration of public security plays an important role in our country's reform and opening-up, as well as in the construction of modernization. After China's entry into WTO, the cross-border administration of public security is confronted with some challenges , as well as with some new development opportunities. The key is to convert the ideology in dealing with the challenges . In the light of that , the cross-border administrative sectors must firmly establish the ideas of national security, service, legal system , efficiency, science and technology.
