问荆和节节草的生理特性的比较研究

A Contrastive Analysis of the Physiological Features between Equisetum arevene L. and E. ramosissimum Desf.

问荆与节节草是我国重要的中草药 ,通过对两者的生理特性的比较研究 ,结果表明 :问荆的光合放氧速率、H2 O2 酶的活性、叶绿素的含量以及SOD酶的活性均比节节草高 ,但问荆的ATP酶的含量却低于节节草 ,这为合理开发利用以及栽培管理问荆和节节草资源提供一些生物学理论依据。

Both Equisetum arevene L. and E. ramosissimum Desf .are important Chinese herbs.A constrastive analysis of their physiological features shows that E. arevene L. surpasses E. ramosissimum Desf.in the following aspects:the rate of photosynthetic oxygenation,the activity of ferment H_2O_2,the contents of chlorophyll,and the activity of ferment SOD;but the content of ferment ATP in E. arevene L . is less than that in E. ramosissimum Desf. .Therefore,a theoretical basis has been made for their rational use and cultivation.
