结合我校实际,从实验室规章制度建设、实验教学管理、仪器设备管理、实验队伍建设等方面论述了高校实验室管理,并提出几点可行性建议。

Starting from the reality of this university, the authors discuss how to manage labs at cofiege and universitie. The discussionincludes the estabilishment of ru]es and regulations for labs, the teaching management in labs, the maintenance of facilities and instru-ments, and the formation of a contingent of laboratory technicians. And the paper offers some constructive suggestions.
