酚降解细菌的筛选及最适生长条件研究 被引量:1

摘要 以酚为唯一碳源和能源,从活性污泥中分离得到两株酚降解菌,初步鉴定属于假单孢菌属和黄杆菌属。两株细菌的最适生长温度为30℃,最适pH为7.0,在低浓度酚的培养基(200mg/L-500mg/L)上生长较好,30℃振荡培养72h酚降解率可达100%。 Two strains of phenol - degrading bacteria were isolated from activated sluage by using phenol as sole carbonsource . They were preliminarily identified as Pseudomonas SP and Flavobacterium SP . The optimum growth temperature andpH of two bacteria were 30℃ and 7.0, respectively. Both strains grew better in the medium containing lower concentration dphenol . The degrading rates of phenol were 100% after the strains grew on the mediums containing 200-500 mg/L of phenolat 30℃ for 72h.
