摘要
网络时代给人们带来沟通便捷的同时也对隐私权造成前所未有的侵害。面对各种侵害网络隐私权的行为,我们应从发展教育、开发网络隐私保护技术和加强政府立法入手,切实地保护网民的隐私。
On one hand, the arrival of the network age makes communication easier; on the other hand, it makes un-precedented infringement on our privacy rights. Therefore, we must protect our privacy rights by means of education,technology and governmental legislation.
