摘要
观察了大血藤叶片70％乙醇提取物及不同有机溶剂萃取物对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌的抑菌作用。结果显示大血藤叶片70％乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌都有明显的抑制作用,且对大肠杆菌的抑制效果好于对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用。不同溶剂的萃取物中石油醚与四氯化碳萃取物对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌都有明显的杀菌作用,而相应的乙醚萃取物只对大肠杆菌有明显的杀菌作用。
The antimicrobial activity of Sargentodoxa cuneata leafblades extracts treated with 70% ethanol and 4 differ-ent organic solvents are observed. The results show that there are obvious antimicrobial activity of Sargentodoxa cuneata leafb1ades extracts both on Staphylococcus aureus and E coli, and the effect on E. coli is better than that on Staphylococcus au-reus. The extracts treated with oil aether and CCl_4 show obvious antimicrobial activity on both Staphylococcus aureus and E. co-li. And the extracts treated with aether can only inhibit the growth of E. coli.
