Physical Education Centering on Character

体育教学是素质教育的一个重要组成部分,要积极地适应学生的个性发展,因材施教。素质教育以人为中心,着眼于人的个性发展,注重于人的内在价值,强调人的主体存在。而体育和人的个性之间存在着辩证的关系,体育是人的个性的外在表现,体育能对人的个性起到调节作用。

Physical education, a main part of quality education, should adapt itself to students individual development. Quali-ty education should aim at subject existence character development, attach importance to human beings' intrinsic value and laystress on human beings subject existence. In fact,there is a dialectical relationship between physical education and individualcharacter. Physical education, which regulates character,is the extrinsic display of individual character.
