浅谈信用证欺诈

Fraudulence on the Letter of Credit

信用证是国际贸易中最为广泛的结算方式之一。近年来 ,信用证欺诈问题日益引起人们的关注 ,它给国际贸易秩序和银行结算秩序造成极大危害 ,给有关国家和当事人造成严重损失。论文简要论述了信用证欺诈的概念、原因、种类及救济方式 。

Letter of credit is one of the most widely used ways for setting an account in international trade.Fraudulence on the letter of credit has disturbed the order in international trade and account-settlement,and serious damage was brougt to related countries and businesses as well.The concept,causes,different types and ways for relief of fraudulence on the letter of credit are discussed,which hopes to give some suggestion in international trade.
