System Revolution:The Main Contents of Deng Xiao-ping′s System Innovation

制度创新思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。邓小平视野中的制度 ,不是一个孤立的存在 ,而是由不同层次的制度构成的制度体系 ,因此 ,在邓小平看来 ,制度创新不应该只包括根本制度的变革 。

The thoughts of system innovation is the essential component of Deng Xiao-ping′s theory.From Deng′s thoughts,system doesn′t exist isolately,but is an institutional system which is composed of institutions of different levels.Therefore,from Deng′s points of view,system innovation should not only include the change of the basic institutions but the perfecting of it by innovation,which is the essence of Chna′s system innovation.
