摘要
提出了用硝酸及高氯酸处理牛奶及奶制品样品 ,以硝酸镧为释放剂 ,采用原子吸收分光光度法在同一份试液中测定牛奶及奶制品样品中的钙、铁、锌元素的方法。本方法共存离子不干扰 ,测定的RSD均小于 2 % (n=5 ) ,加标回收率在 99%~ 10 1%之间。且方便、快速、实用 ,所测结果与国家标准方法测定的结果基本相符。
Calcium,Iron and Zincum in milk product were tested with atomic absorptiom spectrometry employing lanthanum nitrate as releasing agent after the milk product being treated with nitric acid and perdchloric acid The RSD value tested was less than 2%( n =5),analytic recovery ratio 99%~101% This method is charcaterized by its convenience,quickness and practicability The results were well corrsponded with that of the respect National Standard Method
