摘要
就粗骨料的品种、级配、最大粒径、空隙率以及针片状颗粒含量对高性能快速修补混凝土的力学性能的影响进行了研究。试验结果表明 :石灰石集料能有效降低混凝土的脆性 ;大小颗粒搭配合理、空隙率小的粗骨料配制的HPRRC有较高的早期抗压和抗折强度 ;粗骨料最大粒径不宜大于 2 5mm ;粗骨料中针片状颗粒含量不宜超过 4 %。
Influence of coarse aggregate on the mechanical preperty of high-performance rapid-repair concrete was investigated through altering ingredient,particle size grading,porosity,ratio of needle and plate grain of coarse aggeregate,Experimental results indicates that:limestone aggregate can effectively lower the brittleness of concrete;the maximum particle size of coarse aggregate should no larger than 25 mm,reasonable particle grading and low porosity of HPRRC nas rather high blend and press strength;a maximum 4% of needle and plate particle content is certified.
