中央银行在实施货币政策过程中,由于受微观经济环境限制,货币政策传导机制不够顺畅,特别是在基层的实施效果不够理想。应采取相应的政策措施,改进和完善货币传导机制,使货币政策传导信号更加灵敏,效应更加明显。切实解决央行分支机构,商业银行分支机构信息不对称问题,保证央行货币政策在传导过程中效率不减低。

In the process of Central Bank carrying out monetary policy, the transmission mechanism of monetary policy is not smooth enough for being limited by microeconomic environment. The implementary effect isn good enough especially at the basic level. So the relevant policies and measures should be adopted, improving and perfecting transmission mechanism of monetary policy to make transmission signals of monetary policy more sensitive and effect more obvious.We should solve practically the problems of information unsymmetfic between Central Bank branches and Commercial Bank branches, ensuring the efficiency and stability of monetary policy in the process of transmission.
