在经济全球化进程中,高校德育面临冲击与挑战。我国高校德育改革相对滞后,在德育目标、内容、模式上存在许多缺陷与不足。应该顺应教育全球化的发展趋势,把握德育的国际性、民族性、协调性特点,调整高校德育的培养目标,充实德育的教学内容,改革德育的教学方法,培养适应经济全球化要求的新型人才。

Moral education in colleges and universities is confronted with test and chanllenge in the course of economic globlism. In the condition that our ideological political work in colleges and universities is relatively backward, many aspects such as the aim, the content and standard of moral education are insufficient and defective. Therefore we should conform to the trend ecibinuc globalism to grasp the charactristics of internationalization, nationalization and harmonization with the adjustmnt to the train aim of moral education the substantial in content of moral education and the teaching method of moral educatiomal reformation so that we can fostor new quatified personnel who are applicable to the requirments of economic globalism.
