加强素质教育是高校势在必行的重要任务。就我校实际分析,为了提高学生综合素质,一要提高教职工的素质,特别是辅导员队伍的素质;二应加强教学改革;三应改革学生管理工作,四是完善心理咨询工作和依法治教的制度。

It is a very important task to reinforce quality education in universities and colleges. In the light of the pratical analysis, we must do something for improving student's overall quality such as improving quality of the teaching and administrative staff, esp, that of assistants; strengthing teaching reform; enhancing management of students work; perfecting the work of psychological consultation and education system in accordance with legal system.
