An Elementary Introduction to the Class Management

班级是学校教育、教学工作最基本的组织单位。班主任管理好一个班级需要抓好两个方面的建设:一是组织建设;二是思想建设。组织建设是做好班级工作的保证;思想建设是做好班级工作的基础。进行组织建设尤其要注重选拔和培养学生干部。

Classes are the most essential organizational units in college education and work. While managing a class, a teacher in charge of it is expected to stress the construction in the following two respects: first, organizational construction; second, ideological construction. The organizational construction is the guarantee of making the class work better; and the ideological construction is the basis of making the class work better. When the teachers carry out the organizational construction, they should pay much more attention to selecting and training the student cadres.
