面对世界经济全球化,一体化的挑战,我国商业银行必须作出战略决策,实施以“客户经理制”为突破口的银行再造战略,实施以“贷款和前台服务”为重心的质量战略,才能在竞争中立于不败之地。
Facing to the global challene of economy in the world. It must implement the strategic decision for commercial bank. Set up the regenerating strategy in 'Client managing system'. The strategy of training purpose for human capital as a 'banker' and the quality strategy for the center of 'Credit and service on the stage'. In this way, it can gain a footin in competition.
