摘要
简要说明了建设校园网的重要意义以及建网的基本原则和要求，同时分析了当前在校园网建设中认识上存在的一些错误看法。
The importance of constructing campus net,as well as its basic principle and requirement is explained.Some incorrect opinions towards its construction are analyzed.
