阐述了在职教改革中加强实训教学环节的必要性，探讨了在实训教学中提高学生专业技能的一些具体方法，指出了仍存在的一些问题。
The necessity to strengthen the teaching of practical training in vocational reform is expounded,some specific methods to improve students' professional skill are discussed and the existing problems are pointed out.
